The benefits and perks are great, especially for younger employees. Raises are given by merit every year.
Cons
Expectations and priorities can change day to day and there is a big gap in communication due to things like gatekeeping and lack of structure in parts of the organization. Some client-facing materials and programs are outdated and again, gatekeeping and poor management of priorities prevents the company from modernizing to better support their clients. Senior management are known to bully and have an unfortunate history of silencing women’s voices on staff. Women seeking career growth are gaslighted when they bring the topic up to male leadership and are often overlooked for growth opportunities. The gender pay gap is big here despite being a female-led industry.
