Owners and Management can be cliquey/toxic (bully culture) Did not hire when someone was fired or quit (tasks of major positions divided up amongst other employees, multiple times) caused unnecessary stress (lots of burnout) and poor work culture. Nepotism. They will use your personal issues against you. Did not communicate large changes until quite a bit if time passed or just assumed employees would know about it despite no announcement or clear communication.
