Salary higher than most in the industry. Workload very reasonable. Management does not micromanage you, as long as you do your job. Full time remote positions!

MICROMANAGEMENT. Their focus on making the numbers look good supersedes all else. There’s never any praise from management, they only reach out to say you need to do better.
