Pros
Your co workers are awesome. Flexible hours. Let you make up time if you come in late. Casual wear and close by some good places to eat.
Cons
Upper management is awful. They play alot of favoritism and will throw you under the bus if they make a mistake. Overload you with work and training is non existent.
