Pros
Work/life balance is amazing. They don’t slam you with more jobs than necessary. Leadership at local level is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Employees are treated as equally important as their customers. They hire field people that are very talented in their field, but also don’t mind investing in a novice if they’re are eager to learn. Very caring environment. This is a place you go for a career, not simply just a job.
Cons
Of course it can seem a little “corporate” at times, but nothing that would outweigh the pros. Be fluent in sarcasm, although most see that as a pro
