Excellent leadership. Company had great incentives for extra pay.

Commission pay…I would like to see more bonus pay.

Positions here are core to the company's operations and not overhead to be cut. Company has been doing well.

Glassdoor has out-of-date information. This subsidiary was spun off from AIG over a year ago. A staff reduction plan was put in place that employees can volunteer for. They are looking for highly-paid long-timers to take the package and reduce the run rate of expenses.
