Being able to try the new equipment.
Cons
Expected to work extra hours for free, poor management structure, have people fitting who have no knowledge and no training. Most who work there are not experienced or good golfers. Pay is not good and the overall attitude neither company towards staff and customers is awful. The culture at the company is toxic.
