Corporate was easy to work with, and had great employees there.
Cons
Horrible management within the lower managers. Unqualified people working in positions due to lack of employee retention. I was an office manager and had 3 different managers during my span of working as OM/part time office admin. Regional management knows nothing about managing down or across (as a manager myself this was the biggest red flag). Micro manages in a way where they would rather take over. No people leadership skills whatsoever. No diversity. Extreme unprofessionalism.
