      Fully Remote Basic Customer Service Easy. Simple. Direct

      Pay is $15-16 for Entry level (wasn't able to discuss pay negotiation) Management barely helped with concerns No PTO or benefits for part-time employees Lacked empathy for the customers in need (policies were not affected)
