      Pros

      The pay is great. Hours can be flexible. ANICO offers, life ininsurance, 401 k and health insurance benefits. Good company to work for if you have no family life.

      Cons

      The hours are long. No professional training for new agents. Too much pressure to collect premium's while the economy is in a recession. People would rather keep a roof over their heads and place food on their table , before buying and paying for their life insurance. Health insurance is very expensive. They offer no dental insurance.

      The people (not all of them, but most) are the only positive aspect of this job

      Cons

      Compensation is low Benefits do not make up for low compensation Opportunities are sparse Full RTO - no hybrid work environment availability
