There are a ton of cons. Taking away remote/hybrid and forcing employees to use PTO then complain about numbers not being hit is asinine. Office morale is at an all time low thanks to Brookfield and there have been several lay-offs in November with more to come. It is very clear Brookfield is attempting to push people out to avoid a mass layoff but they’re losing the best employees because of it. The pay is awful. ANICO no longer tries to match the cost of living. There are insurance employers out there who pay a livable wage for the same work. I strongly urge applicants to look for those employers and do not apply at ANICO for the time being.
