I think the return to office can be a pro and honestly isn't as bad as it may seem based on the following: Nice office in downtown with great views and spacious. Everyone has a desk, no private offices which provides a sense of equality and cohesion. Team oriented environment with lots of areas in the office for collaboration. Very diverse. The location downtown has lots of places to go to for lunch or relaxation. Finally, office is on the edge of downtown right next to the highways so if you drive, its an easy in and out for the most part
