      For the first 1.5 years, the WLB was some of the best I’ve had, which made up for the incredibly low salary and benefits.

      Cons

      After about 1.5 years, company culture shifted greatly, positions were not backfilled leading to longer hours, and this change was not reflected in the pay.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
