Pros

Nothing, I felt a sense of dread every morning I come into the work environment.

Cons

There are so many to list. Lack of support from management, no training, toxic work culture, so many redundant polices and paperwork to fill out. Employees aren’t trusted to perform the most basic function of their jobs. Have to get approval for anything and everything. Technology is at least 10/15 years behind every other company In property management, but there’s no plan to upgrade. They “shop” employees until they fail and then remove this bonuses as punishment. Three failed shops and your fired. So in other words, you could be jobless in 90 days.
