My coworkers have been great to work with so far, but my experience with the leadership hasn't been as stellar.

Working here feels suffocating and exhausting because of how old-fashioned the leadership and management can be. They expect employees to meet their every demand, regardless of how unreasonable they might be, and when you fail to meet their expectations, they yell at you for being incompetent and useless.
