Pros
This company is really a great company. They are by far the industry leader in tire wholesale. They pay above average to get the right people in the door. They are growing and have no signs of slowing down. They give you several perks. This company gives opportunities, they take chances on people and like to hire from within.
Cons
Communication is difficult from the HQ to the field but I believe it's getting better. The software we use is very outdated and often down. My pay relies on everyone doing their job, not just mine.
