      Free healthcare and onsite gym. You will learn a lot about supply chain

      Cons

      Pay is very low and hourly. There is no room for advancement. The CEO and upper management host a town hall every quarter and try to sell the company - meanwhile the company is preparing to go public and CEO still lives in Chicago

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
