      Company and leadership teams are very humble and create a great culture for the company. Easy to connect with teams, and management of all levels. ATD strives to develop and encourage employees in their work while ensuring there is a work life balance.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
