Pros

I was in the car dealer channel. The account development specialist were all great people to work with and helped more than middle management. If you are hitting your #'s you can make some good pay. The benefits are good

Cons

Middle management did not help increase # of accounts or increase existing accounts in a positive way. They did not teach or help, just told and were underqualified for the position in some instances. The pay when good is really good, but unfortunately their are a lot of outside factors that help and hurt your commission that the salesperson has zero control over.

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
