Mr. Ganatra, the CEO of Americor; is a CEO whom has a lot of experience in tech, and knows what it takes to grow a successful business which makes me feel proud and fortunate to be a part of the Americor family. Daily you are able to make a difference in others lives which is the most enjoyable part of my day. Upper management makes sure you understand what it takes to succeed. Upon entering Americor Financial Gary whom is an energetic and very coachable manager will train you in order to ensure you understand the product and you have the proper knowledge of the business and the product. After doing so he makes sure he is always there for you to answer any questions which you might have even after you leave training. My current manager Jordan makes sure his team has what it takes to reach your personal goals on a daily basis and which is a vital element to personal and company growth. VP of the company Houston makes sure you have the proper training after your initial training with modules which enable your daily growth and knowledge of product. Key Factors which will allow you to succeed: If you are able to work hard and take daily inventory, able to be criticized in order to become a better employee and be coachable and not be a know it all: you will find Americor to be a success.
