I'm saddened to see this review. Understand you're not with us any longer, but I am still wanting to know more about the mis-treatment you're alleging. Favoritism is unjust and not tolerated. I'm not sure how texts and emails being altered is part of the problems, but do want to understand your point of view. If any manager is behaving this way, we will fix it. Please help reach out to me at 925-785-4221 or by email apunjani@ameritfleet.com. Please reference your Glassdoor review so I know it's you. thank you.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
