      Pros

      Great team - best writers and designers I've worked with! Lovely clients!

      Cons

      Progression is hard to map out. Sometimes feels limited in the type of work and number of accounts. Resource is a struggle point right now. London office is so far away so essentially had to become a remote worker.

These are areas the business continues to review as we grow, particularly around creating clearer development pathways and ensuring teams are supported as demand evolves. In terms of our London presence, we are in the process of relocating to Capital Tower, right opposite Waterloo station, and are excited to soon be working from such a central hub.

      Pros

      Small agency feel with access to a large global network of specialized talent. Staffed with top talent and capable managers who allow their teams to run the business in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative manner. The company is not overly consumed with instilling process but it does exist where it makes sense. Team members can swim in and out of their lanes to help support one another. This approach leads to a very agile, flexible and collaborative workforce. There are opportunities to leverage your strengths and experiences and develop new skills in the process. Truly unique and refreshing.

      - Wonderful group of people - Great for writers who like to wear multiple hats in fast-paced environment - Develop meaningful relationships with clients - Very much into feedback culture

      Cons

      - No time or resources for career development - Few opportunities for mentorship due to no junior writers - Can take feedback culture a bit too far - Slightly clique-ish
