Pros
Great non-profit mission. The mission attracts people that want to make a difference and, unfortunately, takes advantage of them.
Cons
Toxic work environment overall and high turnover of the office staff. For your own mental well-being, I would avoid this company. Other cons would include low pay, no work-life balance, lack of overall inclusivity, and lack of leadership of CEO that trickles down to senior management.
