Pros
My experience with Amla Commerce has been profoundly unsatisfactory and stands out as one of the least professional environments I have encountered. The workplace culture is deeply flawed, with seniors frequently engaging in blame shifting rather than demonstrating accountability or offering constructive support. The organization provides no space for innovation, independent thinking, or creative contribution. Any attempt to share ideas is dismissed, creating an atmosphere where employees feel silenced rather than valued. The environment is overwhelmingly dominant, restrictive, and discourages healthy dialogue. Additionally, the company imposes highly questionable and potentially unlawful employment bonds, along with unnecessary and intrusive checks during the onboarding process. These practices raise serious ethical and legal concerns and contribute to a sense of mistrust from the very beginning. Overall, Amla Commerce exhibits a toxic and regressive work culture marked by poor communication, lack of encouragement, and oppressive policies. I would strongly advise prospective employees to thoroughly reconsider before joining this organization
Cons
Highly toxic work culture with no support, guidance, or respect for employees. Constant blame game by seniors, with no accountability at higher levels. Zero encouragement for creativity — ideas are dismissed instead of appreciated. Dominating and restrictive environment where employees feel controlled, not trusted. Micromanagement at every level, creating unnecessary stress and pressure. Questionable and potentially unlawful employment bonds forced during onboarding. Unnecessary and intrusive joining checks, raising serious ethical concerns. No space for growth or independent decision-making, making career progression impossible. Poor communication culture, where feedback is ignored and concerns are sidelined. Overall experience is demotivating, harming both productivity and confidence
