Pros
Co-workers are passionate and kind The larger organization does amazing work, one of the most well-known human rights organizations Get to spend time outside, especially lovely in spring and fall Meet loads of new and interesting people
Cons
High office turnover, especially when they change quota/employee standards with little warning. Demoting team leads is discouraging for new employees and shakes the office. Need to be thick-skinned as people who disagree can become hostile and demeaning. Sexual assault while out on the street can become an issue and management does not acknowledge this even when it is brought up by senior staff Management is chaotic, condescending and out of touch. They struggle to relate to the job and come off as abrasive and hurtful to employees. I would not recommend solely because of management In the beginning, they put your hours just under 40 so you are not considered full time (benefits)
