      Pros

      the mission of the organization and its rich history is incredible

      Cons

      Very poor (new) leadership, horrible retention rates, and an extremely toxic membership thats old, white, racist, and out of touch. There is virtually zero upward mobility in the organization due to the revolving door of managers.

      It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.
