      Pros

      They are now throwing some Money like we throw peanuts to Monkeys in Zoo.But, remember they still think u r a MONKEY!

      Cons

      Its a IT service company (read chop shop)..not investment bank. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. So unless u r robot stay away. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.

      Pros

      The company is really proactive in coordinating with the end-client and keeping me looped in. They have a strong reputation in the DC area. They also offer a handful of insurance add-ons for catastrophic events for hospital indemnity and hospital stays separate from their health insurance offering.

      Cons

      Health Insurance options need improvement. Also, as a contractor I'd gladly forfeit health insurance for PTO coverage.
