      A well develop structure, have clear rewarding system and goal for each employees. Transparency for all Management decision, which make work easier, clear cut.

      Cons

      Meetings, it's not con, cause each meeting session is a way for you to bring up ideas or to highlight issue. Cons might be time consume part.
