- Poor management: When the Management don’t even know about the rationale and difficulties about the task, she like to interfere - Poor culture: Management focus only KPI, but no other thing, regardless your hard work and your efforts, management never value employee - Unrealistic KPI: When the management don’t even know about the field of your work, she set an unachievable KPI. Even difficulties and suggestions given, she won’t even bother - No Humanity: Not from Sales team, but I can see Account Manager put in efforts to do their best, but KPI come first, hard work and improvement later
