Great teaming/collaborating - opportunity to share ideas/contribute within the strategic direction of the company and individual departments and own our own destinies at the same time. Lots of people passionate about our technology and how it can help companies significantly increase revenue by exponentially improving personalization and optimization of the customer experience. Senior execs very open to new ideas and working together to make the company better and successful. Great Board of Directors that is focused on the company's long-term growth. Typical start-up challenges of needing to regularly define, refine, and re-define processes, since we're in the early stages of creating repeatability across the organization. Exciting though for each employee to have the opportunity to help create those repeatable processes, and be significant, critical, and instrumental players at this stage of Amplero's development!
