      Pros

      With the short time I have been with the company all I can say is that I am excited to be working with such great people! The company sponsers team celebrations and just get you excited to be a part of a team. It's really refreshing coming to a company that values their biggest asset.... their employees!

      Cons

      Along with the benefits the company offers there are also times where you have to buckle down and get to work, but I feel this is a requirement with every employer. I do feel like the hard work gets recognized and appreciated.

      Work load can be rough sometimes, but usually able to handle it.

      There are good employees their who you can build a great friendship with.

      Office culture is horrible, they like to pay you next to nothing but expect so much from you, over work you, yell at you
