Pros
Having worked in some really awful environments, I can fully appreciate everything I have here at Path. Management makes a concerted effort to continually make improvements to the perks and create a family culture. From unlimited vacation days, to company parties, to weekly fitness outings paid for by the company, to summer Fridays, I know that happy employees are just as important as happy clients to them (and happy clients are very important). The work that we is done here is at the top of the industry. 100% of the interns who have completed the internship program are employed within a month, which says a lot about Path's reputation and the quality of the work. Employee retention rates seem to be high and improving, as is client retention which makes for a stable environment. The structure of the teams makes it easy to rely on co-workers, especially with personal accountability being a top quality in employees. I've never heard "that's not my job" said by anyone, as being a team player is vital to success here.
Cons
Long hours - but the unlimited vacation policy helps offset that.
