if you want to timepass and continue to get salary for at least 6 months without performing you can stay at amtex jolly time
Cons
ceo takes employees for granted and has not paid any pending incentives for last few years. he keep lying saying it will be paid but it has not happened even when i left the company. salary never paid on time. sometimes past 15th of the month. once you leave they take over a year to clear your due and make final settlement. you have to stand like statue at hr office and beg like a beggar without shame. everything is micromanaged by the ceo. stop playing with the lives of your employees. they are not your slaves!!
