Pros
- Excellent team to work with, wonderful people. - Directors are all approachable and friendly - especially the HR director. - Offices were to a high standard and always well decorated. - Great charity work done throughout the company. - Flexible hours and no micromanagement, but enough support. - Good amount of training can be provided if asked. - People brought in dogs.
Cons
- Design department was difficult at the time, with a bullying ethic and strange management styles. May have changed but this was apparently something that had been going on for years. It influenced how others had to behave with them. - Coffee machine kept breaking. Not joking. - Career development was slightly limited - it was similar to getting to the end chapter of a good book. - Can be slightly cliquey like what other people have said - but this is bound to happen in smaller departments.
