Pros
Gain experience in sales and good travel opportunities. You can make what you do sound good on a resume. Cool co-workers. The GM and Business Operations Manager are great people. Opportunity to make extra money on the weekends.
Cons
The owner has unrealistic, unreachable expectations. No guidance. Most of the people that work there do not have a college degree, and it shows. They will hire just about anyone that walks in the door for a production job... Which ends up eventually screwing them over. That's what happens when you hire ex-cons to do the manual labor work. They wonder why they consistently lose clients. Unreliable men are sent to work events. Terrible communication. In all honesty if the owner would be a silent owner the company could run a lot smoother. There is no overtime during the week, but overtime work is either expected and sometimes mandatory.
