      Always changing with opportunities for growth. Alot of leadway to get your job. Not a ton of pressure on you.

      Sitting behind a computer ALOT Opportunities are not equal Total comp is HIGHLY skewed up top.

      Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
