It is a small company so if project is lost chance of moving to a different project is very small

Pros

Company culture with leaders who really care about people, customers, and doing the right thing. Lots of fun events to connect with colleagues. Lots of high-end swag (e.g., North Face, Yeti, etc). Small business feel with bigger business stability and growth potential.

Cons

No workplace is perfect, but nothing that rises to the level of a "con". AnaVation is a great place to work.
