      Good benefits especially for starting and new engineers.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Career growth is small unless management will notice how good you are. If your supervisor/manager is not good in praising you to the upper management, then no future for you. Pay is not worth it for the multi tasking job you are doing.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
