Pros
-good starting salary for entry level engineers -flexible work hours -many opportunities internally since this is a huge company -overall most teams are ok to work with, bosses are quite easy to approach (but not all) -many benefits for self growth like many internal orgs, cooperative
Cons
-depends on the team not all but there are really colleagues who can be toxic in terms of work ethics, but not all -difficult to increase level in position when you are above staff level -if internal transfer no increase in salary mostly lateral only -unfortunately upper management is full of politics in PH -global management is quite unsure of what strategy to use overall since reorg is always happening
