The work environment and owner are great to work for. Expected to work independently or in a group when needed.
Cons
The industry is toxic, and labs are not held to same standard. Pricing in the state is extremely low, and labs cheating have kept prices and salaries below the industry standard for those with a science degree. The WSLCB has completely ruined the industry. Leaving for a science job outside the cannabis industry. Nothing against the company or management.
