Not many cons in the workplace

Aside from my first month, I always got paid on time. And one time I got to see a middle-aged man try to fight a 20-something-year-old which was pretty funny.

The atmosphere here was incredibly depressing. A lot of the staff was fairly miserable (understandably, they were being grossly underpaid), and the project managers were snippy (also understandable, they were being overworked), but all-in-all it made the work environment insufferable. In addition to this, one of the owners was invasive and unprofessional. There were a handful of times where I felt he was being inappropriate to me/other staff. I also had a few uncomfortable moments with the HR department being flippant about real complaints regarding the company or staff.
