Nothing to speak good about the company.

The CEO is a dumb person, literally knows nothing about what is going on, He walks aaround inside his cabin, god knows managing what because nothing outside his cabin seems to be managed. The HR is a good person but even her hands are tied as she has to abide by the rues and policies set by the dumb company. The reporting manager keep on scrolling social media and at the end of the day asks for reports. Talking to other colleagues is an act of crime here, as your character can pass away in thin air if you speak in a friendly manner with anyone. Threats are also given from one department to the other if you are seen interacting with each other for a very long time. All your problems are ignored in the name if "management will not accept". The stupid management is run by a kid with zero communication skills who also does not know how to stabilize good employee relationships. The whole workspace is like a strict school with suffocating atmosphere inside. 1 minute extra break is considered to be one of the biggest mistake in your life. Constant warnings of deducting salary if you take 5 mins extra for eating and taking break is also an amazing point. In just 3- 4 months, almost 10 employees resigned. Now its on you to judge. The sales people are constantly competing like some foolish people, always scared about one golden hair grotesque who is disgustingly disturbing. Everyone is running behind something that they themselves don't know. The HR department is good for nothing as well. Even the trainees who come in are either given impossible places to hire from and then asked silly questions based on their joinings. There are no good clients as well. This place really needs to correct many things before a group of people accumulates somewhere and approaches the company to do something bad.

Taking the word Pros would be a sin for me of this Company

This Company doesn't know it Exists. The CEO doesn't know how to sign forget about running the company. The HR policies are such if any HR trainee comes for 2 weeks they will get weak and sick for sure. The higher the salary they sleep more hours till evening before the coffee break and others are given the onus of running the company, as they only have the responsibilities to fixing bugs and Coding. People come and relax being like a sidekick of the CEO since morning Till dusk and after that goes roaming with newly recruited girls for the rest of the time to spend with. They have two separate building of shames, one is for us and another is for HR and the so called sales people to call. The HR sits at back stares to everyone but couldn't get a stance or chance to look after her own coleague goes with a salesguy to spend some sweaty times in the balcony and can't responsible them for it as thats a crime, The number of employees are may be 25, now they reduced to more less may be, worked for some months only, if in a tenure of 4 months 10 people leave then we can understand the situation of the company. It near to its closure. I suggest even if you get a good package from this chindi company do not waste your time even for a month, you will loose your Btech knowledge after communicating with the CEO... duffer
