Pros
Lots of room for growth, small company and staff so you have the ability to wear many hats outside your job description.
Cons
Odd forms of job retention, expressed my dissatisfaction with the company and was told there’s not many design companies in the area (as if I wanted to leave there’s not many options) then they proceeded to contact those companies to prevent me from leaving. Left anyways, when informing of my intent to leave and interviews with another company I was not offered two weeks & was let go effective immediately. Ensure your phone and personal computer are protected from cybersecurity breaches before working here, experienced some malfunction with my technology linked to their tech during and after my time here, hoping this is unrelated.
