Pros

The role could be interesting at times, helping members research family trees/DNA. In general most other staff members were very friendly - they hired well.

Cons

The role became very pressurised over the course of two years, pushing speed of calls/email replies, pushing sales, up selling etc. The focus originally was around customer service. Potential progression in the company was based on how fast you replied to emails as opposed to how many member issues you actually solved.

Pros

Great company culture, supportive team, smooth onboarding process, strong career stability, and meaningful work. My interview experience was very positive, and the recruiting and onboarding teams were helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

Cons

There is always a learning curve when joining a new company, especially while understanding internal systems and processes, but the team has been very supportive.
