Pros

If you want to make a lot of money, work here. Chances are you'll only work her for a year or two because you will end up drained with anxiety; however, you can make $$$ money in the staffing industry. However read this below- This company has had a tremendous amount of turnover in the last few months, and when disgruntled former employees decided to leave their thoughts and concerns on the company, don't you think it's pretty convenient that all these positive reviews happen to surface RIGHT after these negative reviews? Even a few reviews a day! The Indianapolis office compromises of maybe 12-15 people, but that's pushing it, so please read these reviews with a grain of salt. I think people who left were obviously pissed off, but there are some people, possibly management who want to put on a facade of what the company is. If you really are interested in this company or are interviewing, my recommendation is to not read these BS reviews but go do your homework. Get on LinkedIn. Reach out to former recruiters at Anchor Point and ask the about their experience from beginning to end. HOPEFULLY the back and forth of these reviews will stop because this is just childish and immature.

Cons

This immature BS that is happening right now. Get in, get experience, get money. Then decide if it's worth staying there or not.

Pros

Autonomy, great team + leadership, easy-going vibes, bonuses, perks, healthy competitiveness

Cons

I don't have any cons to share. Like any job, it depends on the person. You have to be a self-starter to work here. You won't get much hand-holding or direction, which I liked. Some people need that though.
