Pros

I could not honestly provide some.

Cons

-this job will make you anxious, depressed, and paranoid -extreme turnover, 5-8months is a tenured employee -no training -outdated and proprietary (bugged) systems -extremely poor management, no leadership -entire senior/ director team quit or fired since December 2018 -no chance for promotions -extreme work loads 2-3x higher than industry competitors - low wages, poor benefits -all employees over 60 fired in one day with no reason or warning - no loyalty to employees, and no loyalty to company -culture is based on fear: regular threats, fear of being fired anytime for no reason, punishment for insignificant events... -startup company pretending to be established organization -no chance to work from home -no flexibility in working schedule: salary job but treated harsher than a hourly employee -company is strictly running due to lying to and price gouging customers -poor structure -employees fear the owners who are rude and inconsiderate -I highly suggest if you have any mother option to not work here. You will be happier at McDonalds.

Pros

No pros working for this company. Sadly

Cons

Cons they work and approach problems like they work in the 90’s. With the off the shelf CRM system that quite frankly was not vetted and doesn’t work even with the introduction of experts over 9 months ago to help streamline and assist with transition. Between the wasted time PMs waste saving every email communication in an excel workbook just in case we need proof or back-up. That should have been the red flag of bigger issues. Such as ordering materials from vendors for Sponsors needed urgently for clinical trials and vendors will not ship because we Ancillare are on credit hold or they will not ship until all balances are paid. I’ve only worked with Fortune 500 companies and decided to give Ancillare a try since it was a woman owned local business. No support from Senior Leadership nobody leads or wants to collaborate to make things better they just hide how bad things are until you find out or they blame you for their lack of support on an organizational level. I would avoid at all costs.
