Some flexibility in your schedule if you worked with someone else which allowed you to moderate hours and not be there for 12 hours a day
Cons
Long hours, not enough pay to compensate for having to deal with the stress of having to deal with management. They were always looking for someone to blame even if it wasn't their fault. I never had to deal with this but I saw many people who did. The stress of seeing this happen though was enough to want to find another job.
