Provides a good manufacturing experience due to the variety of machines that can be worked on. A laid back working environment (depending on section) Can have a laugh with people on shop floor as long as the work gets done. Plenty of overtime including weekends (Saturday = time and a half) (Sunday = double time)

No standardised training structure and poor apprenticeships (used as cheap labour) Lack of progression opportunities, they would rather look externally instead of promoting growth within the company. Very poor management. Underpaid workers. Poor communication.
