Pros
Facilities have greatly improved in the past few months since moving office spaces (Nairobi) Opportunity to learn from world class teams. Greater flexibility when it comes to working terms (depends on team and timezones)
Cons
Culture at scale is proving to be a challenge. Most of the current paths are geared towards earning more money for the company as opposed to the fellows' career goals. Senior fellows feel underpaid still as such talent retention has dropped. Working on a project for years at times hinders fellow growth. Company delays replacing fellows when they don't feel challenged on a partner project.
