Pros
Experience varies greatly with the partner you work with. Most of the partners are amazing and you get to learn a great deal and work with amazing people but sometimes there comes along that partner with whom working with is a nightmare for the developer.
Cons
It could take a while for the junior developers to get placed with a partner and that negatively impacts your progression at the company.
